Criteria for eligibility:
Qualifications must be at least 10+2. Applicants must be graduates or postgraduates.
It is possible for freshers to apply.
It would be advantageous for candidates with BPO experience.
Mandate is to communicate effectively in English.
It is expected that the candidate will be comfortable working Night Shifts and flexible shifts/weekends.
Benefits and Compensation:
There is a salary base pay range of 271,350 to 456,750 LPA/-.
Benefits include:
Zeta Meal Card – INR 1100/month, or 13200/month.
Benefits up to INR 5.0 Lacs under health insurance.
Allowance for night shifts – 150 rupees per shift.
Business-related overtime allowance.
During the week, there are five working days and two consecutive days off. Business requirements determine the off days.
