How will you use your Customer Service Associate skills?
- The purpose of an Amazon Customer Service Associate is to prevent issues, resolve queries, and delight our customers.
- Our customers will contact you through phone, chat, and/or email – including questions about orders, products, payments, and website assistance.
- Customers interact effectively with our Customer Service Associates by navigating, researching, and reviewing solutions.
Requirements:
Are there any qualifications you need to have?
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- Work in India legally.
- Fluency in both written and oral English.
- Working varying shifts within the operating hours from Monday through Sunday.
- Flexibility in working a rotating shift schedule (for example, early, late, overnight, weekends, and overtime when needed).
- It’s important to have a quiet, distraction-free work space (dedicated office space with a desk and chair).
- In terms of technical requirements, a hard-wired ethernet internet connection (no WiFi) with a minimum download speed of 100MB and an upload speed of 20MP is required.
How many hours do you work?
- In this role, you will need to work variable hours to meet the needs of your customers.
- Your work week will consist of 40 hours minimum, including overnight shifts, day shifts, and late shifts.
- During our operating hours of 6am and 11pm Sunday through Monday, we schedule based on a variety of shift patterns to meet customer demand.
- National holidays may require you to work.
- Your exact schedule will be revealed closer to your start date.
