Description of the job:

We are looking for freshers for Content Moderation roles at Genpact – Hyderabad.

Only English is known.

Flexibility with any shift.

Location of work: Hyderabad (I work only from my office).
Qualifications required:

Graduates (except lawyers).

The competition is only open to freshmen.

Candidates with results pending or pursuing are not considered.
Responsibilities include:

Ensure quality standards are maintained.

In accordance with prescribed guidelines, review content and resolve issues.

Make timely observations of trends and patterns.

Identify ways to improve user support.

Understand the policy and process thoroughly.

You may be required to work a 24/7 schedule with alternating shifts and review highly sensitive/egregious online content on a daily basis.
