- Service in Ministries/Departments, Autonomous Bodies, PSUs, State Government Departments

For Private Sector Professionals:
- Minimum 8 years of work experience in Art, Culture, Management, or Public Administration
- Experience in Cultural Management including organizing cultural events, academic activities and exhibitions

- Established credentials/interest in Art & Culture field
