- KVB is hiring Banking Apprentices.
- Job Locations:
- Vizag, Tirupathi, Vijayawada (Andhra Pradesh), Hyderabad (Telangana), Chennai, Tambaram, Coimbatore, Trichy, Villupuram, Salem, Madurai, Tirunelveli, Karur (Tamil Nadu), Bangalore (Karnataka).
- Qualification: Non Engineering Graduates (BSc, BCom, BCA, BA, BBA, BMS, Diploma…)
- Eligibility criteria:
- Graduates who did not major in engineering between 2021 and 2024 are eligible to apply.
- Roles, responsibilities, and duties
- Develop a working knowledge of the bank’s products and platforms.
- The bank should educate its customers about the use of its digital/technology products.
- Assist customers with their queries in the lobby.
- Work with the appropriate officer or desk to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
- Customer experience must be improved and delighting service must be provided.
- The assigned learning module must be completed and the learning diary must be maintained.
- Incentives:
- Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of Rs.10,500/- for a period of one year only.
