Devops Engineers have the following responsibilities:

• Ability to work in a mission-critical environment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Weekends and shift work are included.

• As part of the critical services agreed with the customer, engineers should provide 24/7 on call support.

• Experience troubleshooting OS, Networking, and Database issues in a SaaS cloud environment and handling production incidents, while debugging and troubleshooting applications and infrastructure

• Join live troubleshooting calls with customers, capture application logs, and network captures, and escalate issues to next-level engineers as necessary to resolve ‘Push-To-Talk’ solution issues.

• Configure the network so that Push-To-Talk applications can communicate across servers after deploying the ‘Push-To-Talk’ application.

• Keep track of the performance of the network, applications, and services.

• Improve the speed of debugging by providing tools for parsing application logs, system health information, and network captures.

• Develop monitoring tools that assess and monitor Key Performance Indicators of the Push-To-Talk solution and provide a single source of information about its health
