Description of the job:

Responsibilities of the job:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Python, Golang, or similar code closely with your mentor.

  • Improve Red Hat products (RHEL, OpenShift, etc.) by adding new features, debugging, identifying, and tracking issues.

  • Involve the wider team members and other departments such as Quality Engineering, Designers, Product Management, or Documentation throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Find a workplace where you can be yourself and thrive where you can network with other talented interns.

Bring the following:

  • Basic knowledge and willingness to use Python, Golang, or a similar programming language is required.

  • Imagination, passion, and a desire to learn how things work.

  • Teamwork and willingness to learn is essential.

  • An understanding of written and spoken English.

  • Students who are matriculated at a tertiary institution and can commit six months to the program duration between January and July 2026.
