SBI Clerk Recruitment 2025

Criteria for eligibility:

An undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government in any discipline.
If you hold an integrated dual degree (IDD) certificate, ensure that you passed the IDD no later than 31.12.2025.
If provisionally selected, candidates must provide proof of having passed their graduation examination on or before 31.12.2025 if they are in the final year/semester of their graduation.

Age limit (as of 1.04.2025):

Applicants must be not less than 20 years of age and not more than 28 years of age as of October 1, 2025; in other words, they must have been born between April 2, 1997 and April 1, 2005 (both inclusive).

Process for selecting SBI clerks:

The Preliminary Exam will consist of Objective Tests worth 100 marks.
There will be three sections to this test, each lasting one hour

Preliminary Examination Phase-I:

An online preliminary examination consisting of 100 objective tests will be conducted. The test will last for one hour and consist of three sections:

Subjective tests will be bilingual, except for General English, which will be in English and Hindi. For wrong answers in the Objective tests, there will be negative marks. Every wrong answer will result in a deduction of 1/4th of the mark assigned to the question.

The application fee for general and OBC candidates is Rs 750/- (inclusive of the intimation fee).
