DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB:
Customer Service Representatives are needed at Wipro.
Responsibilities & Roles:
- Contact us by phone, chat, or email for customer service.
- Maintain defined productivity levels by ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
- Establish client & domain knowledge so you can deliver a resolution in the first conversation.
- Maintain compliance with Customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) such as Customer Satisfaction, Service Level, Handle Time, and Customer Effort.
- Creating a healthy and fun-filled work environment.
- Handle day-to-day floor operations with interpersonal skills.
- Follow Customer Service Attendance and Accountability policies.
- Resolve issues / inquiries and ensure proper documentation follow-ups.
- Make sure that internal and client-level conversations are delivered with a high level of quality.
- Operational improvements should be identified, shared, and supported.
The following skills:
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- The ability to work rotational shifts in a 24×7 work environment is essential
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency in computer usage
- An attitude of proactivity and positivity
- Teamwork skills that are efficient and effective
- Build rapport with customers and have excellent customer facing skills
- Identify and escalate issues in order to reach a win-win outcome
CRITERIA FOR ELIGIBILITY:
- Candidates with B.com, BBA, BA, BCA, BHM, B.Sc., but excluded from Stats, Maths, and Eco Hons, Freshers, and candidates with relevant BPO experience (maximum 2.5 years).
- Graduates with a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience can apply for full-time MBAs, BEs, and B Techs.
