Detailed job description:
System Engineers are needed at Wipro.
Among the responsibilities of the job are:

Windows, Outlook, Teams, Citrix troubleshooting. Remote support for VDI, VPN, security apps, etc.

Respond promptly to customer emails and incoming calls.

Complaint management and resolution.

Issues should be identified and escalated as needed to supervisors.

Information about products and services is provided to customers.

Provide customers with the required information using the available resources.

Use software to identify customer complaints and resolve them.

Ensure that calls and tickets are directed to the most appropriate resources and domains that can provide the best level of support,

Ensure that all call information is documented according to standard operating procedures.

Alert the management team to trends in customer calls by recognizing, documenting, and documenting them.

SOPs should be created for new issues and their resolutions.

Reports and logs of all calls.
