Advertiser Support Associate positions are available at Amazon.

Job Responsibilities at Amazon:

Providing on-time and right assistance to self-service Advertisers to enable them to confidently and effectively grow their business with Amazon. In addition to addressing immediate business issues, these interactions unlock future business opportunities.
Conducts inbound e-mail, telephone, and chat correspondence with self-service Advertisers and uses best judgement, research, and probing questions to gain a better understanding of the Advertiser’s issue, and provides quick and accurate solutions to Advertiser issues based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Maintains fluent communication with Advertisers using strong interpersonal skills.
Maintains a positive image of the company and manages difficult issues professionally.
Uses departmental resources, tools, policies, and procedures effectively while demonstrating excellent time-management skills.
Informs manager/team lead of operational challenges and escalates them as necessary.
Actively supports teammates with difficult contacts as needed and contributes to a positive work environment.
