CBU – Voice contacts credit bureau agencies in order to update member information.

This position requires conducting an in-depth/careful investigation using a variety of credit details that are available from various sources, checking/correcting the credit bureau’s reporting based on card member history and current status, and resolving card member concerns over the phone and email.

Assist card members with disputes and inquiries by providing accurate, up-to-date information. Assist internal departments, such as Compliance, Risk Management, etc.
