Job Description for American Express Recruitment:
Operations Executives are needed by American Express Recruitment.
Responsibilities of the American Express Recruitment position:

Resolve inquiries from internal and external clients (authorized signatories, client managers, merchants, etc.) via email or telephone.

Should be familiar with KYC.

Maintain daily inventories related to merchant services and manage mailboxes to ensure responses are received on time

Trackers and files must be maintained for the team on the relevant tools

Make sure gaps are identified and solutions are suggested.

Achieve accuracy and efficiency in managing high volumes of work under tight deadlines.

Assist internal & external clients (authorized signatory/client managers/merchants etc.) with their daily suspense volumes via emails/calls.

Ensure that all dues are released to clients by conducting due diligence

Ensure merchant requirements, productivity, and efficiency are met in order to meet SLAs

Manage individual productivity & quality targets to contribute to team goals.

To deepen relationships with customers and achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction, take full ownership of the email/issue and resolve it in accordance with their expectations

Provide appropriate solutions based on understanding, determining, and anticipating the needs of customers.

Improve processes consistently.

Audit controls and organizational policies should be adhered to and followed.

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by building excellent relationships with team members and other business groups.
