DNS, DHCP, Active Directory troubleshooting

Support and manage DNS systems both internally and externally

Provide timely and efficient support to assigned operations as a member of the Windows Active Directory Domain Administrator Support Team

Identify and resolve authentication issues with Active Directory and LDAP
-
Updated domain configuration and support
-
Organize and resolve escalated, complex incidents with the help of other senior staff
-
Enhance the AD and Exchange architecture on a continuous basis
-
An understanding of SOX controls, GXP processes, and periodic access reviews, as well as automation and scripting skills.

Knowledge articles and documented SOPs have been used to resolve tickets.

Working knowledge of the ITIL model.

Worked with Lean/Agile systems.
