Data entry and maintenance for our HR system

Ensure compliance with internal and legal requirements regarding personnel files

Assist with background checks as needed for recruiting

Generating visa invitations and assisting with employee requests, letters, and verifications

Anyone traveling on behalf of GS should receive a letter

Report on employee anniversaries, milestones, etc., for GS Hub HR Leads.

Probationary periods should be tracked

Employee hires, transfers, address changes, additional payments, etc., are all processed by the human resources department

Managing changes of status and employee departures with confidentiality in mind

All new hire packets and communications materials should be assembled and updated, as well as employee packets.
