Job Responsibilities at Boeing off campus:

Modifies installation plans for structural assemblies, systems, and payloads on aircraft.

I have experience installing and fabricating wire harnesses, electrical/electrical components, and LRU installation and assembly planning.

Experience in manufacturing, methods, fabrication processes (e.g., forming, stamping, machining, heat treating, instruments, data acquisition and control, cutting tools, and fluids)

Installing, fabricating, and auditing installation plans.

Bonding, grounding, coating, paint and coating knowledge.

It is preferred that you have post-production technical experience with a focus on aircraft sustainment, repair, spares, and modification programs involving commercial/military aircraft

Audit the current installation plans and ensure they meet defined standards.

Drive process improvements by continuously reviewing the assembly process

Problem-solves creatively and critically

Develops and implements methodologies for production and tooling.

Degree of at least a bachelor’s degree.

Experience working in the aerospace industry or in a fabrication plant is required.

Manufacturing engineering experience of at least 1 year. Experience with aircraft/automotive assembly planning, electrical and electronic components is required.
