We are currently seeking candidates to fill the position of Pursuit & Pre-Sale Role at Capgemini Off Campus 2023.
Responsibilities of the position include the following:

Complete ownership of the bid through different stages of RFP, including Deal Evaluation, Storyboarding, Solution Articulation, and Proposal Summary & Writing.

Organize virtual bid teams with an input from a variety of stakeholders, which typically includes sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal, and delivery and bid budget representatives. Manage virtual bid teams at remote locations and receive input from a variety of stakeholders.

The preparation and review of the commercial aspects of the proposal, ensuring that all services are included in the final price that is sent to the customer, will be a key part of the process. In addition to preparing the proposal strategy, we can also assist in making updates, clarifications, and additions to the proposal.

It is necessary to set up the document structure, repositories, etc. The administration of proposal documents is performed by the proposal administrator.

Improve the proposal process to increase win rates, improve commercial terms, and reduce risk through proactive risk mitigation.

Throughout the bid process, the bidder will be tracking and managing the risks.
