The job entails the following duties and responsibilities:

• Ensure that all contractual documents are thoroughly analysed and scrutinized.
• Raising payments and invoices on behalf of Ford Motor Company and other customers as necessary.
• Completion of daily and monthly dealer collection activities on a daily and monthly basis.
• Assisting in the management of resources, an analysis of performance metrics, and a measurement of quality by issuing daily statistics.
• Manual suspense payments and reconciliations need to be reviewed and cleared.
• Assist with the launch of new systems as well as ongoing projects.
• As needed, provide support to other business center teams within Wholesale and Dealer Credit operations within the Wholesale business center.
• It is important to identify process improvements (either Kaizen or Six Sigma processes) in order to improve efficiency.
• Quick learner with a good understanding of the processes involved in a variety of locations.
• I am flexible when it comes to working different shifts.
• The location partners should be maintained in a good working relationship.
• It is a strength of mine to meet deadlines with minimal supervision, while maintaining high levels of quality and efficiency at the same time.
• Having experience in managing multiple processes and having a good understanding of the business concepts.

The following criteria must be met in order to qualify:

• BSc, BScM, B.Com, M.Com, MSc, MBA, various B.B.A. courses are offered.
• A very good command of the English language, both verbally and in writing.
• The ability to balance multiple priorities with a high level of attention to detail is an asset.
