Description of the job:

The Ford Motor Company is seeking candidates for the position of Junior Engineer.

Responsibilities of the job following the Rules

• Work in a large team to provide analysis results in CAE / do data analysis for a multitude of vehicle programs across different regions around the world in a team environment.
• Metal, plastic, and casting parts can be mesh
• Basic analytical skills.
• Responsible for documenting all work and preparing ‘lessons learned’ documentation to provide benchmark knowledge for future work on other programs.
• Check and execute the projects, and suggest alternatives whenever necessary to ensure the delivery milestones are met with the appropriate quality and cost
• Creating, updating, and deleting master data.
• Working with quality assurance analysts if necessary, provide quality assurance of imported data.
• Data sets are commissioned and decommissioned.

Criteria for eligibility:

• From any stream, a BTech/BE degree is required.

The following skills are preferred:

• Communication skills that are good.
• Flexibility & enthusiasm for working in a team, as well as a customer service orientation
• Maintaining and handling stocks, managing vendors, managing IT helpdesks, incident management, asset management processes, asset life cycles, and asset registers.
