On 6th August 2024, Genpact will conduct a virtual drive for its order-to-cash process in Hyderabad. There is a virtual drive available for graduates. Below you will find more information regarding the Genpact Hyderabad Virtual Drive.

An undergraduate degree (BSc, BCom, BA, BBA, BMS, BHM, BFA, BArch…) is required.

Description of the job:

• For the order-to-cash process, Genpact Mega Zoom Drive is present in Hyderabad.

• The Order to Cash role is now open for applications.

• The ideal candidate will be able to perform day-to-day operations while maintaining Service Level Agreements.

• Coordination with the customer and resolution of queries related to collection.

A minimum set of qualifications is required:

• The graduation ceremony.

• There is no eligibility for B.tech/M.tech/BCA/MCA.

• Ability to speak and write English fluently.

• It is required that the candidate has experience working from the office as well as the US shift (night shift).

Among the responsibilities of the job are:

• Calling customers to collect payment, sending them invoices by email or fax, or mailing them hard copies.

• Manage end-to-end processes for cash applications, identifying and rectifying unidentified cash.

• Assist with the cash application function to invoices at assigned sites in order to ensure that the DRR (Daily Receipt Reconciliation) is completed on time, accurately, and in a confidential manner.

• Addressing customer/internal disputes, answering customer questions, and coordinating between departments.

• Validate credits or debits and send them to customers for collection or refund in order to reconcile orders.
