Description of the job:
Junior Consultants are needed at LTI.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with employee engagement activities across business accounts/units as an HRBP intern / junior consultant. Provide support to HR Business partners and People champions of the unit to carry out employee engagement activities, including but not limited to:
- Employees are contacted on a one-to-one basis on the phone or in person
- Analyzing and recording observations
- Following up on the closures of the MIS with the relevant stakeholders
- Organizing and conducting team building activities
The following criteria must be met in order to qualify:
- A B.com, B.BA, or MBA from any discipline
Skill preference:
- Ability to communicate well.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (MS Office).
- Ability to think creatively, proactive attitude, and drive for results.
- Engage employees through the planning, management and conduct of events.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders.
