Description of the job:

Mahindra is looking for Graduate Apprentice Trainees.

Responsibilities include:

• Enhance receipt quality by improving RIR time, escalating repetitive issues, and addressing suppliers.
• Communicate non-conformances with Supplier Quality Improvement and make sure that SQI has an action plan.
• Make sure that the actions taken are effective.
• Enhance the performance of the DOL. Audit processes and products to ensure compliance.
• To achieve quality targets, monitor and increase line rejection and line rejection RPH.
• Ensure faster resolution of issues by coordinating daily ORC meetings with manufacturing, quality, and procurement.
• Create a plan for resolving the problem

The following criteria must be met in order to qualify:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive Engineering.
