  • Junior Billing Analysts report directly to the Lead of the Billing & Order Validation Team and are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction with invoicing, raising manual invoices / credit memos, and resolving billing issues related to all aspects of billing. In addition to tracking issues and maintaining quality metrics, these responsibilities also include reconciling customers’ contracts and following up on resolutions and working to improve them.

  • More specifically, the analyst should be able to:

  • Analyzes the project life cycle and determines how to proceed

  • Shipments and deferred receivables that are associated

  • Invoices that are raised manually

  • Manually raising debit/credit memos as part of the billing process

  • Problems related to the generation of invoices must be resolved

  • Measuring quality metrics and keeping them up to date

  • Work with outsourced invoice providers to interface with the system
