An Associate Software Engineer position is available at OpenText Company.
Responsibilities include:

In order to succeed as an Associate Software Engineer, you’ll need to have a deep understanding of Java/Java EE, Spring, SQL, Angular, CSS, JavaScript, and HTML, as well as experience building application back-ends and creating database structures for websites.

Working with the team lead, manager, and colleagues is expected.

Your experience in Java Full Stack Development will typically be around 1-2 years.

Understanding how the latest technologies, emerging standards, and market trends affect products today and in the future. This includes being able to analyze them and understand how they will impact products in the future.

As a problem solver, you are able to identify and anticipate problems, identify the most appropriate solution, and then implement that solution in a timely manner. This will enable you to solve the problem.

An undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field is required.
The skill that is preferred is:

A working understanding of JavaScript, HTML/DHTML, DOM, and XPath is essential.

Experience with Java/Java EE, preferably with 1-2 years of hands-on experience

The candidate should have experience with UI technologies and JavaScript frameworks such as Angular (7/8) or ExtJS.

The ability to design and develop RESTful services and APIs is critical.

Knowledge of the Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, iBATIS, and JPA frameworks is required.

Working experience with at least one application server (Tomcat, WLS)

Having prior experience developing software using an IDE (JBuilder / Eclipse / IntelliJ IDEA) is a plus

An excellent understanding of code repository tools (like Git and Mercurial).

The ability to work with Red Hat Linux on a daily basis.

Experience with the integration of Maven, GIT, and shell scripts.

Assist in the design of service-oriented architectures, database modeling, and design patterns.

I have experience with Ansible & Docker containers.

An understanding of the Scrum Agile Framework is required.

Multi-tasking ability, as well as the ability to respond effectively to priority issues.
