Job Description for Seagate Off Campus Drive:
Engineer I Product Test candidates are needed at Seagate.
Responsibilities of Seagate Off Campus Drive:

Developing test programs and debugging HDD and SSD controllers
-
Generate characterization reports for all products based on data collected, analyzed, and analyzed
-
Working closely with TE on reliability hardware design
-
Product deployment in HVM (High Volume Manufacturing) at OSAT
-
Managing ATE (Automated Test Experiments) test programs at production testing facilities in collaboration with offshore product engineers
-
Data analysis tools are used to analyze high volume test data
-
Ensure that production yield, test-related issues, and cycle times are improved in conjunction with test development engineers.
Eligibility criteria for Seagate Off Campus Drives:

MS in EE or BS in EE or equivalent
-
Communication skills in both written and oral English are excellent

Flexible meeting schedule with global team (Taiwan, India and USA)

Understand ATPG, MBIST, loop-back testing of high performance semiconductors, etc. as well as technical aspects of semiconductor design for test (DFT).
The following skills are preferred:

Experience with C, C++, and shell scripting languages like Python, AWK, and PERL

Semiconductor industry experience or exposure

Basic knowledge of Semiconductor Design For Testing (DFT) techniques such as ATPG, MIST, loopback testing of high-performance semiconductors.

It would be very helpful if you had experience in the field of statistical data processing, DOEs (Design of experiments), problem solving methodologies, demonstrated decision making skills, cost reduction, and yield enhancement.
