In 2024, S&P Global Careers will be responsible for the following:

  • Initiating, planning, executing, and closing projects.

  • Assuring delivery against targets and timelines in various business lines using lean/six sigma.

  • Ensure effective communication between stakeholders and other key stakeholder groups within the program management office.

  • Coordinate stakeholder meetings and develop communication channels such as Sharepoint and Teams for collaboration among the various workstreams of the program.

  • In any discipline, a graduate or postgraduate degree is required.

  • Extensive experience in project management with a proven track record of leading and/or collaborating with large stakeholder groups within complex global matrix structures and operations, with a proven track record of working with the highest level of stakeholders.

Skill preference:

  • An essential requirement is the PMP or equivalent certification.

  • The candidate must possess knowledge of Agile, Lean & Six Sigma methodologies. It would be beneficial to have related certifications.

  • It is desirable to be familiar and experienced with AI and GenAI projects.

  • Being able to drive initiatives independently with little supervision while keeping stakeholders updated on project status.

  • Working well in diverse environments and influence others to achieve positive outcomes are two of the skills required.

  • Ability to learn continuously and adapt to changing circumstances.

  • An ability to analyze data, visualize it, and present it to identify business problems and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Communication skills at all levels, including organizational skills, written communication, and oral communication.

  • Ability to create presentations and track projects using Excel, PPT, Smartsheet and Tableau.

  • Since the team is spread across the UK, US, and India, you should be able to work late or early shifts when necessary.
