A Jr. Customer Service Executive – Telecom Network Operations and Maintenance position is available at Tata Communications.
Among the job responsibilities are:
- Infrastructure creation and maintenance to drive network efficiency and availability, including Internet Data Centers, ATM sites, Cable Landing Stations, and NW space.
- Assist in the procurement and technical planning of submarine cables and TGN owned by consortiums and TCL, as well as achieving cost savings for these cables.
- Ensures that mission-critical utility infrastructure problems are resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible at optimal costs and in a timely manner.
- Assuring the appropriate coordination with respect to certifications and field-level testing, based on the business segment, as necessary.
- Coordination with the Technical teams for the introduction of new enhancements or the resolution of issues
