Description of the job:
Test Engineers are needed at Wipro.
1. Contributes to the understanding of test requirements and testcase design
-
Writing test plans with appropriate knowledge of business requirements and testable requirements
-
An efficient way to generate tests by implementing Wipro’s model-based testing
-
Obtaining less rework by peer reviewing test cases
-
Assist the development team in identifying and capturing test cases, ensuring version compatibility
-
Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by setting criteria, defining parameters, and defining scope/out-of-scope
-
By automating VB macros, scheduling, GUI automation, etc., the test life cycle process can be automated at the appropriate stages.
2. Creating a framework for automation and reporting and executing it
-
Configure test environments, design test plans, develop testcases, scenarios, and use cases for software validation, and execute these tests

Provide a clear description and replication pattern for all test defects to ensure they are in accordance with the norms defined for the account / project / program

Prepare test progress reports and identify bug issues
-
Delivery of work items has not been rejected / slippage has not occurred and they meet Wipro / Customer SLA’s and norms
-
Provide stakeholder stakeholders with a timely status dashboard after every cycle of test execution
-
Reporting quality risks to stakeholder groups and providing feedback on usability and serviceability
3. Continual monitoring and customer focus regarding testing and its implementation

Communicate effectively with customers via e-mail content, fault report tracking, voice calls, and business etiquette

WSRs, test execution reports, and relevant dashboard updates in Test management repository on time
-
Accurate updates to eCube, TMS, and other project tracking systems
-
Providing timely responses to customer requests and preventing internal or external complaints
Criteria for eligibility:

A bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
Skill preferred:

The ability to leverage technology (automation, tools, and systems) in own function or client organization to build efficiencies and effectiveness.

Excellent Process Control – Ability to provide effective control and reduce risks by following standards and norms

The ability to use the various testing tools, automating tools, customizing the program and implementing it on the client’s site.
