It has been announced that Zycus is looking for candidates for the position of Product Technical Analyst.
The job entails the following responsibilities:

Become part of a 24-hour support team that supports Zycus’s Source-to-Pay procurement solution

It is your responsibility to be the first point of contact for customers who have questions or problems related to Zycus products.

By coordinating with various teams from both the Zycus and Customer sides to achieve Customer Satisfaction, you will work with the Technical Account Management Team to ensure deliverables are on-time, increase efficiency and resolve issues for customers.

Contribute to the best practices (tools/processes), knowledge sharing, and finding ways to automate and come up with new ideas for improving customer experience, reducing manual efforts, and recommending new processes that can be implemented to make workplaces more efficient.

Working with customers and internal stakeholders to participate in and facilitate various testing processes, including User Acceptance Testing, in order to improve service effectiveness.

Provide innovative solutions and workarounds to meet the needs of the customer by evaluating and recommending innovative solutions.

Work efficiently on a wide range of tasks such as the configuration of Zycus products, Incident Management Tools, Microsoft Excel, and others.

To provide the customer with a strong technical understanding of the Zycus product, as well as the ability to discuss and demonstrate the Zycus solution, as well as how it can be configured to meet the customer’s specific business requirements.

Graduate of an engineering program (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics.
