Description of the job:
Candidates are being sought for the position of Analyst at Flex.
Responsibilities include:

Managing the procurement of C class items
-
A complete E2E Purchasing Cycle, including PR to PO, sending PO to suppliers, confirmation of POs, delivery and supplier payments.

Keeping track of material delivery status with vendors.
-
Completing the open purchase order report and the shortfall report on time.

As per the MRP report, we are working on pulling in, pushing out, and cancelling items.

Maintain optimum inventory levels based on site requirements.
-
Obtain approval from the Internal Business Partner (requestor) and supplier for any changes to purchase orders.

Database management for suppliers.
-
It should include escalation management for shortages and excesses,
-
Coordination and follow-through of urgent receiving, past dues management, and problem solving related to receiving.
Criteria for eligibility:

Education – Bachelor of Business Administration/Bachelor of Science in Information Systems/Diploma holders

Procurement / Supply Chain Experience (Not required) 0 – 1 year

Proficiency in ERP/P2P systems (Not required)
Skill preference:

Understanding Microsoft Office applications and their functionality for end users

Getting a better understanding of the procurement process

Comply with all organizational procurement policies and procedures (It is desirable to comply with them, but it is not a requirement)
