Candidates are needed for the post of Infrastructure Management Support at Hexaware Technologies.
Responsibilities of the job:

The candidate should be familiar with the ITIL processes, as well as having experience handling international clients over the phone and via email

Meet established service level metrics for call response, technical support, and customer service

Provide Help Desk Support for End users and Level 1/2 support of IT Infrastructure and Applications

In case of incidents or call tickets, make sure they are entered into the ticketing system, monitor the incoming customer ticket queues for assignment, follow up, and resolution.

Ensure that the opening and closing checklists for the IT Service Desk are followed and completed

Research and update your knowledge base so that you can provide first-call resolution or contact resolution to your clients and customers

In this position, you will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and configuration of the MS Outlook Client, MS Office, applications software, anti-virus software, Internet Explorer, and basic network troubleshooting and configuration

Remote tools, such as Remote Desktop support, DameWare/Bomgar, Team Viewer, etc. (it’s optional), can be used to troubleshoot and resolve issues with end users’ laptops, desktops, and other devices.

Throughout the 10th, 12th, and graduation years, you must maintain a 60% or 6 CGPA
